Doors Open @ 5:00, Meeting Starts @ 5:30 pm A light dinner will be available prior to the presentation and a question and answer period will be discussed at the end. The meeting will be at Malmquist Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, 1750 SW Harbor Way, Suite 100, Portland OR. 97201.
Many of you have been to the office for other meetings. Our seating will be limited so we encourage you to call and make a reservation. Please honor the reservation as our seating is limited.
Please contact Sharon Wilson to reserve a position for the meeting. Sharon can be reached at 503-292-8824 or at sharon@drjaypmalmquist.com. The first meeting will be at no charge to you. This will be an introduction to the BDSC topics and protocols for meeting interaction. After the first meeting, there will be a fee of $79 per month. The DBSC will be held the third Thursday of every month for 10 total meetings. Again, we would ask that you make every attempt to honor your reservation as our seating will be limited.
Tuition: $79.00 a month
